International Orders: You will receive an email from us once your order is fulfilled that will contain full details of your shipment, including your tracking number. You can then track your order via the link given on our despatch email.

I need my order quickly, can I purchase rush shipping?

We offer rush shipping for those who wish to have their order quickly, please email us at sales@makingmakeup.co.uk as soon as possible so we can discuss your requirements.

Can I amend an existing order?

You are able to amend an existing order providing that it has not already been processed and fulfilled. Please email sales@makingmakeup.co.uk as soon as possible stating that you want to amend the order. We will then cancel your existing order which leaves you to place a new one that you can add additional items to.
